Some time ago I found on the road a poor dead lizard-lik reptile, the strange thing is that it had blue blood, someone can tell me pf what animal was that.
Aditional info:
Place of retrievement Italy, about 1 mile away from the beach.

Why have you written that in english? Can't you write in italian?
However, I don't know about animals that NORMALLY have blue blood...but it some PATHOLOGIC state -e.g. cyanosis- it's possible to find blue blood.
So it's possible that the reptile you found dead because of a cyanotic disease
